Pedro Barriuso | Chief Executive Officer | Madrid | Pedro Barriuso Chief Executive Officer With more than 32 years of experience, Mr. Barriuso is the Chief Executive Officer of Fisterra Energy. He recently served as President and CEO of Element Power and, previously, was President and one of the co-founders of Helium Energy, Element’s origin company. Before Helium, Mr. Barriuso was the General Manager of the Renewable Energies and Engineering & Construction units of the Iberdrola Group, the world leader in renewable energies. During Mr. Barriuso’s tenure, Iberdrola Renewable Energies was transformed from a relatively minor player in the wind industry (400 MW) to one of the best known and most successful organizations with a backlog of more than 4,000 MW in operation and real development opportunities in several countries exceeding 15,000 MW. Previously, he worked for Acciona, as General Manager of the Diversification Area, being in charge of the Energy, Airport Services and Environmental Services, Telecommunications and Other Businesses divisions. Before that, he worked for Tubos Reunidos as Managing Director (wireless tubes steel manufacturer). After finishing his Master in Economics and Business Management at the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra, Spain, he joined the consultancy firm, McKinsey & Co. having worked in the Lisbon and Milan offices, where he worked for the textile, food and transport sectors. In 1989 he joined the Celsa Group, the largest private producer of steel in Spain, first as General Manager of Nervacero and, in 1992, as CEO of another of the companies in the group, Nueva Montaña Quijano, combining both positions. Mr. Barriuso also graduated in Geological Science at the University of the Basque Country. |

Juan Ramón Guzmán | Deputy Chief Executive Officer | Madrid | Juan Ramón Guzmán Deputy Chief Executive Officer With over 20 years of experience in the energy field, Mr. Guzmán was the former Managing Director for EMEA and Latin America at Element Power was one of the co-founders of Helium Energy where he held the Managing Director position. Prior to Helium, Mr. Guzmán was the head of international activities of Iberdrola Renewables where he led the company’s international expansion by entering into new markets throughout Europe, US, Latin America and China, developing or acquiring thousands of MW of renewable projects. Before, he acted as Business Development Director for Iberdrola Latin America based in Mexico DF, where he managed the development and construction of more than 5,000 MW of combined cycle power plants in Mexico including the PPA with state own entities and private customers and gas supply agreements. Prior to that, as Finance Director and Head of Structured Financings and M&A for the ACS Group, he managed several processes of acquisition and financing of international projects, as well as the creation of the division of Renewable Energies of this Group and the investing activity in diversification, mainly infrastructure concessions, transport, energy projects and waste management.Mr. Guzmán holds a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Autonomous University of Madrid. |

Álvaro Arenillas de Chaves | M&A and Financing Executive Director | Madrid | Álvaro Arenillas de Chaves M&A and Financing Associate Director Mr. Arenillas de Chaves, with 10 years of experience in the energy sector, was a Vice President at Banco Santander in the Project & Acquisition Finance team. He started his banking career also in Project & Acquisition Finance at Banesto (Banco Santander Group). While in banking the most relevant project finance transactions were in the gas sector (Project Castor, first Project Bond in Europe EUR1.4bn), renewables (1,500MW of wind farms, 100MW of CSPs, 150MW of PVs), water supply sector (Aigües Ter Llobregat), and he was also part of the restructuring process of the ~EUR3.5bn renewable portfolio of the bank after the Spanish change in law back in 2014. Prior to banking, Mr. Arenillas de Chaves was a co-founder and Business Development Manager of a start-up focused in Facility Management of SMEs. Mr. Arenillas de Chaves has an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, an MBA intensive in Finance by EOI Business School, and a postgraduate program from Babson College focus in entrepreneurship. |

Mr. Furones, with over 14 years of experience in the energy sector, was the Chief Development Officer and Director of Procurement & Construction at Element Power Solar being in charge of the development, engineering, construction and operation of solar projects. In this position, he created an international portfolio of more than 800 MW in Chile, Italy, France, Mexico and Spain. Mr. Furones was also one of the co-founders of Helium Energy. Prior to Helium, he was responsible for engineering and construction of solar projects at Iberdrola Engineering and Construction where he was accountable for the construction of more than 200 MW of solar PV. Mr. Furones has been involved in solar energy since the beginning of his professional career and is one of the more experienced managers in the industry having developed in total 1,400MW. Mr. Furones received a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. |

Alberto Aguilar | Development Director | Madrid | Alberto Aguilar Development Director Mr. Aguilar has over 22 years of experience in the energy sector. In Element Power he developed his role as Development Director in different markets such as Italy, Eastern Europe and Mexico. Previously, he was Development Manager at Helium Energy and, before, he was Director at Iberdrola Engineering and Construction, where he led the T&D international business. Mr. Aguilar has managed the development and construction of more than 30 high voltage substations, 2.000 km of high voltage electrical lines and has established new branches in México (based in Mexico DF), Venezuela, Bulgaria, Albania and Qatar. Mr. Aguilar received a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICAI) in Madrid and a Master in Economics and Business Management at the IESE Business School at the University of Navarra.

José Manuel Corcelles | Development Director | Madrid | José Manuel Corcelles Development Director Mr. Corcelles, who has over 18 years of experience in the energy sector, served as Development Director for EMEA-LATAM at Element Power where he was responsible for the development of wind projects in Latin America. Previously, he worked for Helium Energy as Development Director, being one of the co-founders of the company. Being in Helium he was responsible as CEO for the start-up of Wind to Power System (W2PS), a grid integration technology company acquired by Hudson Clean Energy Partners. Prior to Helium, Mr. Corcelles worked for Iberdrola Renewables being responsible for activities related to development and construction of wind projects in Spain. In this position he leaded successfully the greenfield development of thousands of MWs and the construction of more than 900 MW of wind projects. Mr. Corcelles received a degree in Agricultural Engineering at the Technical University of Madrid (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid) and was a professor of wind energy at the European University of Madrid. |

Carlos Ruiz-Valdepeñas | Technical Manager | Madrid | Carlos Ruiz-Valdepeñas Technical Manager Mr. Ruiz-Valdepeñas, with more than 14 years of experience in the energy field in different regions worldwide, served during 10 years in Técnicas Reunidas, playing several roles like Project Director, Business Development Manager and Engineering Manager in conventional energy projects and renewables (biomass plant). He was also Head of several Joint Ventures and led the negotiation of agreements and orders with OEMs. While acting as Business Development Manager he was responsible for the award of several combined cycle power plants EPC contracts, adding more than 3700MW in countries like UK, Mexico, Hungary and Ghana, and leading other opportunities in Middle East, Brazil, Chile and Tanzania. Prior to TR he worked for Idom as Procurement Manager. He started his career in Soluziona (Union Fenosa) and became Commissioning Manager. He has accumulated a broad experience of close to 4000 MW in execution of energy projects in countries such as Spain, UK, Poland and Ghana. Mr. Ruiz-Valdepeñas received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa.

Enrique Giménez | Managing Director Mexico | Mexico | Enrique Giménez Managing Director Mexico Mr Giménez has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector in three different countries, UK, Spain and Mexico. Prior to his current position in Fisterra Energy Mexico as General Manager of the Mexico office of Fisterra Energy, he was the Managing Director of Centrica Energía in Spain, leader non incumbent electricity Supplier in the Spanish electricity market managing above 2% of the Industrial and Commercial Spanish electricity retail market and representation of 2,000 MW of renewable electricity in the Spanish wholesale market. Prior to that, Mr Giménez worked for Enron Europe in different roles: Managing Director in the UK of the gas and electricity Supply business based in Oxford managing 300,000 SME and Industrial and Commercial accounts; responsible to launch the first non incumbent electricity Supply business in Spain, responsible to develop the first non incumbent CCGT in Spain in Arcos de la Frontera of 1,200 MW. He also worked at JP Morgan (London) in the Equity Research Department as Pan-European utilities analyst. He started his career as an energy consultant for Arthur Ardensen in Spain. Mr Giménez holds an MBA from Manchester Business School (UK), a BA in Business Administration from Universidad Comercial de Deusto (Spain), an executive senior programe (PADE) from IESE business school (University of Navarra-Spain). Mónica Romeral Ms. Romeral is the Responsible of Finance, Tax and HHR Department, with over 18 years of experience, was the Finance Director for EMEA at Element Power during the period 2009-2012. As part of her work in Element Power, Ms. Romeral was the responsible of the supervision of all Finance, HHRR and tax areas for the companies of Element Power located in South and Middle East of Europa and Latin America (mainly, Italy, France, Poland, Chile, Mexico). Prior to Element Power, Ms. Romeral worked for Deloitte (formerly Andersen) as Senior Manager of Energy & Resources Audit Division. Specialization in audit services and counseling at big multinationals with a high volume of business in different activity sectors: manufacturing, energy or advertising, among others. She participated in major engagements involving financial counseling engagements and evaluation, purchase and sale of companies. Ms. Romeral acquired experience of several international reporting systems and the principles and rules of IFRS and consolidation matters. Ms. Romeral received a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master in Audit and Financial Statements Analysis from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
